Workspace Provision House Rules

1. Respect the Space

Please treat Workspace Provision and all shared areas with care. Clean up after yourself. Leave meeting rooms and common areas neat and ready for the next person.

2. Hours and Access

Members may use the space during their allowed access hours.
If you have 24/7 access, please use entrances and exits respectfully and securely.

3. Payment Rules

Membership fees are due on the first of each month.
Make sure your auto-draft is active and up to date.
Late or missed payments can lead to access being turned off and possible termination of membership.

4. Keys, Fobs, and Security

Do not share your key or fob with anyone else.
If you lose your key or fob, report it immediately. Replacement fees may apply.

5. Noise and Use

Please keep your noise at a professional level.
If you are on calls or video conferences, use a quiet area or meeting room so others are not disturbed.

6. Internet and Electronics

Use the internet and electrical outlets responsibly.
Do not run heavy equipment or high-power devices that may overload circuits.

7. Guests and Visitors

You are welcome to have guests.
Please sign them in at the front desk or notify a team member so we know who is in the space.

8. Personal Belongings

Workspace Provision is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Keep track of your belongings. If you leave Workspace, take your items with you.

9. Conference Rooms

Please book conference rooms in advance.
Respect meeting times and leave rooms on time so others can use them.

10. Clean Kitchen and Common Areas

Please clean up coffee cups, dishes, and food items after use.
Do not leave food in shared fridges longer than 24 hours unless clearly labeled.

11. Pets

Pets are allowed only if cleared with management ahead of time.

12. Safety and Emergencies

Follow posted safety information.
In case of an emergency, follow the exit routes and instructions from staff.

13. Respect Others

Workspace Provision is a community. Be polite and respectful to everyone.
Harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

14. Event and Workshop Rules

If you host an event here, follow guidelines for setup and cleanup.
Any damage during your event is your responsibility.

15. Changes to Rules

Workspace Provision may update these House Rules when needed. Members will be notified of changes.
